We’re always on the lookout for exceptional team members and are currently seeking experienced individuals for Front of House who are reliable, have a passion for food, cocktails & wine, and motivated to deliver a memorable and unique dining experience.
We trade from 5pm to late Wednesday to Sunday, which means you’ll have the opportunity to work plenty of hours if you want them, but also have a proper 2 day weekend every week and mornings to yourself.
We are small, tight knit team and fitting in with that is essential (the whole team has a say on new team members).
There is no need to be vegan or vego or anything. We don't judge (and 80% of our customers aren't anyway!)
You must be capable of bringing the energy as we are super busy and have a very specific expectation of customer experience.
As part of the team you will get:

Applicants will ideally have some hospitality experience (but not required), and will also have the following:

- Not take yourself too seriously or be too precious. We have a speak the truth rule here, even if not what you want to hear sometimes!
- Able to fit in well with the existing team (this is crucial!)
Energetic & a strong work ethic (we get SUPER busy!)
Good communication and problem-solving skills,
Ability to keep calm under pressure,
Not have a "that's not my job" kind of attitude. That won't fly around here, we are a small, tight nit team and everything pitches in to get it done!
Ideally really like natural Aussie wine, craft beer or cocktails (or all 3, again we don't judge!)
